Will the jewellery tarnish?
The jewellery will not tarnish if you use it properly and follow the care instructions.
How long does gold-plating on the Jewellery last?
The brightness of the gold finish on gold plated j depends on a number of factors like usage, weather conditions (humid weather dulls gold finish faster) and appropriate storage.
- We provide up to 1 year warranty for the gold plating on the jewellery.
- We advise you to use gold-dipped pieces occasionally and completely dry them of sweat /moisture along with storage in air-tight plastic covers.
- We gold plate our jewellery with 18-carat gold which gives it a real gold look.
- We do not use lacquer or other harmful chemicals.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Can I use Aura Bling Jewels’s product on daily basis?
Our Jewellery has anti-tarnish feature, you can confidently wear your jewellery daily without concerns about it losing its shine or lustre over time.
Is the jewellery water resistant?
Our products are anti-tarnish, with a little care, your jewellery will last longer! Regular use of water on jewellery - like showers, swimming etc, should be avoided, however little water will not tarnish the jewellery.

Is there a purchase limit for a Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?
The Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases of up to Rs. 1,499. Beyond this amount, purchases can only be made using Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, and Mobile Wallets.
Can I raise return/exchange requests of order within 7 days?
Returns/ Exchange will only be accepted only if the product received by the customer is damaged/defective at the time of delivery. A product opening video is required for the same starting from opening the shipped package within 2 days of the package being delivered.
Will rings get exchanged if there is size issue?
No, it will be exchanged only if the product is defective or damaged at the time delivery. Kindly refer the size chart mentioned to order the your size of ring.
