This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery for Aura Bling Jewels orders within India and to international destinations.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship across serviceable pin codes in India.

  • We also ship to selected international countries via trusted courier partners.

  • We may update eligible countries and serviceable regions at any time based on courier and operational feasibility.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Standard processing time is usually 1–3 business days for India orders and 2–5 business days for international orders, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Processing time may be longer during sales, festive seasons, special launches, or due to high order volumes.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time is calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order:

  • India – Metro cities: approx. 2–7 business days.

  • India – Non‑metro / remote: approx. 4–10 business days.

  • International – Standard shipping: approx. 7–21 business days (country‑wise).

  • International – Expedited (if available): approx. 4–10 business days.

These timelines are indicative only and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • We may offer free shipping above certain order values or during promotions; such offers are subject to specific terms and may be modified at any time.

  • International shipping charges are based on destination, weight, and chosen shipping method.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and any other local charges may be levied by your country’s customs authorities.

  • Unless specifically mentioned as prepaid at checkout, these charges are not included in our prices or shipping fee and must be paid by you directly to the authorities or courier.

  • We do not have control over these charges and cannot estimate the exact amount in advance.

  • If you refuse to pay duties or fail to complete required formalities, the shipment may be returned, destroyed, or abandoned. Any refund in such cases (if processed at all) will be net of all shipping, return shipping, customs, and handling charges actually incurred.

6. Address and Contact Details

  • You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address and a reachable phone number at checkout.

  • If a parcel is returned or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unresponsive address/phone, we may charge additional shipping for re‑dispatch or deduct applicable charges from any refund.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp or through your account/order page, depending on the system in use.

  • Tracking information is generated by the courier partner and may take some time to become active after dispatch.

8. Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Orders

  • Courier partners typically make one or more attempts to deliver your parcel.

  • If delivery fails due to reasons such as unavailability, refusal to accept, unreachable phone, or non‑payment of duties (for international), the shipment may be returned or marked undeliverable.

  • In such cases, re‑shipping may require payment of additional charges; any refund (if applicable) will be made after deducting two‑way shipping and other actual costs.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier operational issues or strikes.

  • Customs checks and inspections.

  • Weather, natural disasters, or political disruptions.

  • Pandemic‑related restrictions or lockdowns.

However, we will support you with tracking updates and follow‑ups with our courier partners wherever possible.

10. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

  • If at the time of delivery you notice that the outer packaging is tampered with, torn, or damaged, please try to refuse the delivery or ensure that the issue is noted with the delivery agent.

  • In all such cases, you must record a full uncut unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and the video.

  • Claims for damaged, tampered, or missing items will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

11. Split Shipments

  • Depending on product availability and logistics, items in your order may be shipped in multiple parcels.

  • You will receive tracking details for each shipment, where applicable.
