Due to the nature of fashion jewellery and hygiene considerations, most of our products are non‑returnable. However, we do assist in specific cases such as wrong item received, visible manufacturing defect on arrival, missing item, or transit‑damaged parcel, as explained below.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Change of mind or personal dislike of design, size, color, or finish.
Minor variations in colour/appearance due to lighting or screen settings.
Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery (including exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, chemicals, or mishandling).
All sales are generally final except in cases that qualify under Section 2.
You may raise a request for assistance (replacement/refund/store credit) only in the following situations:
Wrong product received (different from what you ordered).
Product received in a clearly damaged or defective condition upon delivery.
Parcel is tampered with or visibly damaged at the time of delivery.
One or more items missing from the parcel.
Approval of any claim is at the sole discretion of Aura Bling Jewels, subject to verification.
To process a claim, you must provide:
Your order number.
Full name and contact number.
Clear description of the issue.
Clear photos of the product and outer packaging.
A complete, continuous, uncut unboxing video showing:
The sealed parcel from all sides.
The shipping label and AWB.
The full opening process.
The inner packaging and the item(s) received.
Claims without an uncut unboxing video may be rejected, except where a specific law in your jurisdiction requires a different approach.
You must email us at support@aurablingjewels.com with all required evidence within 24 hours of delivery, as per courier tracking.
Requests received after 24 hours may be declined, unless mandated otherwise by applicable consumer law.
The following are not eligible for return or refund (unless required by law):
Change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Slight colour variation between product images and actual product.
Issues arising from improper use, accidental damage, scratching, bending, or contact with water/chemicals after delivery.
Delay caused by courier/customs once the order is dispatched.
Orders where duties and taxes are not paid, causing refusal or return.
Incomplete/incorrect address provided by the customer.
Cases where mandatory evidence (including the unboxing video) is not provided.
Gift cards, free gifts, promotional items, or final‑sale items, if any.
Customized, personalized, or hygiene‑sensitive products (for example, some piercings or intimate jewellery) where applicable.
If your claim is verified and approved, we may offer one of the following resolutions:
Replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability).
Store credit for use on a future purchase.
Partial refund.
Full refund to original payment method (in rare cases where necessary).
The type of resolution offered will depend on issue type, product availability, and logistics feasibility, and will be decided by Aura Bling Jewels.
If we ask you to send the item back for inspection or processing:
The item must be unused and returned with original packaging, tags, and any free items (if applicable).
Follow the return instructions and address provided by our support team.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
For India orders, we ask you to self‑ship.
For international orders, reverse pickup may not always be available; you may need to self‑ship to our designated address.
If your claim is confirmed, we may reimburse reasonable return shipping charges up to a capped amount, which will be communicated to you in advance.
Once a refund is approved (and, where required, after we receive and inspect the returned item):
For India orders: Refund is typically initiated within 5–10 business days; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect it.
For international orders: Refund is typically initiated within 7–15 business days, subject to payment gateway and currency‑conversion timelines.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment gateways.
For international orders:
Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the issue is solely caused by us.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non‑refundable and must be claimed directly from your local authority if allowed by law.
If you refuse the shipment due to duties or do not cooperate with customs, any refund (if processed) will be net of outbound and return shipping, customs, and other charges actually incurred.
If local authorities seize, destroy, or return the parcel due to non‑payment of duties or import restrictions, we may not be able to provide a refund.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues with your order.
If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute without following this Policy or providing evidence, we reserve the right to contest the dispute with the supporting proof of order, delivery, and communication.
